This beautiful keepsake is an 8x10" watercolor with pen and ink embellishments, signed and matted in white to fit a standard 11 x 14" frame (frame not included)
My process:
- After placing your order, please email a photo (or photos) of your home
Please take a well-lit, front facing photo of the house during daylight hours. If there are small details that you want included, please be sure to note that and include focused photos that show them clearly! (Several photos are better than one)
- After I have received your photo(s), I will sketch the home in pencil and then permanent ink on 140 lb cold press watercolor paper. I will paint this design in my own style with watercolor and further embellish with ink if needed.
- I'm happy to share photos of the painting process! Let me know where you'd like me to send them. I also like to post my progress on IG so be sure to let me know if its a surprise!
Once the final details have been added and your painting is complete, I will notify you. I ship via USPS and will provide tracking information.
Please note that my current turnaround time is about 3 weeks. If you need a painting for an event sooner please contact me prior to placing the order to see if I can accommodate that timing.
